Your Role As Performance Marketing SEA&Display Team Lead in our Vienna, Austria Headquarters, you will

own and elevate the global Search&Display strategy

across multiple markets. Your mission: scale customer acquisition, drive incremental growth, and ensure that the brand reaches the right people at the right moment.

You will lead a team of channel specialists and collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Creative, Product, Data, and Growth teams - all working toward a shared vision of innovation, sustainability, and customer delight.

What You'll Do

Own and evolve the global SEA&Display strategy to drive scalable growth.

Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing team of channel experts.

Translate data into clear insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.

Build and manage a structured testing framework across markets.

Identify new opportunities through market research and competitive insights.

Partner with Google, Microsoft&agencies to maximize value and innovation.

What You Bring

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

4+ years hands‑on experience in SEA/Display/Performance Marketing (E‑commerce/D2C a strong plus).

Proven success in owning channel strategy, budgeting&performance.

Strong expertise in analytics tools (GA, Looker Studio, Google/Microsoft Ads).

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management and project prioritization skills.
