Responsibilities

Inspire, coach, and develop a team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Analyze store performance and identify opportunities to maximize commercial results.

Ensure excellence in health, safety, and operational compliance.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong leadership capability with a results‑focused mindset.

Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Strong focus on customer experience, brand presentation, and commercial performance.

Track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
