Your Role As the Service Manager, you'll lead our service team in delivering outstanding aftersales care at our Dandenong dealership. Your mission will be to:

Work closely with the Dealer Principal to implement continuous improvements.

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure profitability and achieve key targets that positively impact the bottom line.

Manage a high-volume workshop, including pre-delivery processes, to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Empower your team with the tools and guidance needed to excel.

Collaborate closely with Toyota Australia to strengthen rapport and align with brand standards.

Liaise with Sales, Parts, Marketing and Administration teams to share common goals and ensure seamless service delivery.

Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and processes across all areas, including Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

Handle inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a top-notch customer experience.
