You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics performance — ensuring stock availability, accuracy, and cost control while delivering reliable service to customers. This role sits at the centre of operations and plays a critical part in supporting business performance and growth.Key Responsibilities

Own inventory performance— stock levels, accuracy, and optimisation (including SLOB management) Lead warehousing operations, including safety, layout, efficiency, and process improvement Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery performance Manage transport providers to drive cost‑effective and reliable service outcomesMaintain strong system discipline and accuracy within ERP (Syspro preferred) Lead and develop the warehouse and logistics team to drive performance and accountability Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across all functions What You'll Be Measured On

Inventory accuracy and stock integrity Stock turns and working capital management Obsolescence (SLOB reduction) Freight cost efficiency Safety performance and compliance About You

7+ years' experience in inventory, warehousing, or logistics (manufacturing or FMCG environment) Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles Experience working with ERP systems (Syspro highly regarded) Commercially aware with a focus on cost control and efficiencyAnalytical, organised, and results‑driven Must hold Australian permanent residency status Why Join Us
