Join Resthaven as a Customer Support Centre Manager, leading a highly driven customer support team focused on the delivery of excellent customer experience being the first point of contact for the facilitation of onboarding new clients in a contact centre-based environment. This is a permanent full-time opportunity, and a motor vehicle is included as part of salary packaging.

A demonstrated understanding of call centre management principles and approaches.

A strong understanding of administrative, financial, and reporting systems in an electronic environment essential.

Possess an understanding of: Human resource management principles and practices including performance development, talent management, staff counselling, and discipline.

A good understanding of and/or a willingness to support community aged care compliance requirements.

A good understanding of and/or a willingness to develop skills in working with artificial intelligence (AI) and records and information management in an electronic environment.

Solid experience in stakeholder management in a complex operating environment.

Proven experience in demonstrating leadership and team building skills including recruitment, induction, coaching, performance development, and discipline.

Ability to consult with staff and maintain an inclusive consistent decision-making process.

Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment, including the ability to work well under pressure.

Display qualities, professional conduct, and positive attitude consistent with Resthaven’s Values.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, and flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and managing competing demands.

Occasional work outside of normal work hours due to 24/7 services as well as intrastate travel.
