The Role This is a hands‑on leadership position without our Adelaide branch in Pooraka — owning the flow of product from our Melbourne manufacturing facility, our warehouse to customer, and the coordination between our sales team, print line, and logistics function.

Oversee daily warehouse operations and print line coordination

Drive stock and inventory management— accuracy, stock levels and accountability

Coordinate with and support the Warehouse Coordinator across logistics, operations and fulfilment

Bringing sales and operations together to ensure customer commitments are delivered on time

Align delivery timelines, lead times, and customer expectations across departments

Identifying and resolving operational challenges before they impact customers

Implement systems and processes that scale with a growing branch

About You

You bring experience in warehouse, operations, or logistics leadership, and you’re comfortable taking ownership of outcomes

You’re confident working across teams and building strong relationships to get things done together

You can juggle competing priorities while still managing the detail and keeping things on track

You have a solid understanding of stock management and inventory control

You’re proactive, solutions‑focused, and quick to step in before issues become bigger problems
