We are now seeking a
Director, Employee Relations&HR Policy (APAC)
to lead our regional ER/IR strategy, partnering with senior leaders to enable performance, manage risk and help maintain a high‑performing, values‑driven workforce.
What you’ll be responsible for Strategic Leadership
Shape and execute Lineage’s ER/IR strategy across the region
Provide trusted, expert counsel to senior leaders on complex workforce matters
Identify emerging risks and opportunities and proactively drive solutions
Enterprise Bargaining&IR Excellence
Lead end‑to‑end enterprise/collective agreement negotiations
Drive strategy, bargaining, drafting and successful approvals
Partner with Payroll and Legal to ensure seamless implementation
Dispute Resolution&Advocacy
Manage Fair Work Commission matters (unfair dismissal, general protections, etc.)
Represent the business in tribunals and regulatory proceedings
Oversee complex investigations and ER cases across jurisdictions
Capability Building
Uplift ER capability across the HR function
Coach and guide HRBPs to effectively manage employee relations matters
Embed consistent frameworks, policies, and operating standards
Stakeholder Engagement
Senior executives and operational leaders
Union representatives and delegates
External legal advisors and regulatory bodies
What you bring
Extensive experience in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations
Proven experience across APAC markets (highly desirable)
An impressive track record in leading enterprise bargaining and union engagement
Deep knowledge of employment law, awards, and regulatory frameworks
Experience representing organisations in tribunals and legal matters
Ability to influence, negotiate, and navigate complex stakeholder environments
Experience operating within a global, matrixed organisation (preferred)
