With strong growth across our corporate division, we’re now looking for a Head of Corporate Sales to lead, scale, and shape the future of this space.

The Role This is not your typical leadership role. We’re looking for a player‑coach, someone who leads from the front, builds a high‑performance culture, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and sell. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling our corporate division, developing a high‑performing sales team, and driving consistentrevenue growth. This role is 50% leadership and 50% hands‑on selling.

Your Impact Lead&Scale the Corporate Division

Drive execution of the corporate sales strategy.

Contribute to strategic direction through market insights and performance data.

Identify and unlock new growth opportunities.

Ensure strategy is effectively translated into team execution and results.

Build a High‑Performance Sales Culture

Set the standard for what“great” looks like in sales performance.

Drive accountability, energy, and results across the team.

Create a culture of ownership, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Coach individuals to consistently hit and exceed targets.

Provide ongoing training, feedback, and development pathways.

Lead from the Front (Hands‑On Selling)

Own key deals and strategic client relationships.

Support the team in closing high‑value opportunities.

Stay close to the market, customers, and sales pipeline.

Drive Commercial Outcomes

Deliver consistent revenue growth and sales performance.

Monitor and optimise conversion, pipeline, and sales activity.

Partner with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.

Expand venue portfolio with key venue partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading and scaling a sales team.

Strong background in corporate sales, events, hospitality, or B2B environments.

A natural leader and coach who can lift performance across a team.

Highly commercial and results‑driven mindset.

Hands‑on – you’re just as comfortable closing deals as you are leading a team.

Strong communicator with the ability to influence, motivate, and build relationships.

Experience building sales processes, structure, and performance frameworks.
