Regional Parts and Service Manager- Southern Region Office We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Parts and Service Manager- Southern Region Office to lead and support a team of State DPSMs working closely with our Dealer Network across Customer Experience, Parts&Accessories, Service, Warranty, Distribution and Technical operations.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening dealer partnerships, improving efficiencies, driving sales performance, and ensuring outstanding customer outcomes aligned with Kia Australia (KAU) standards and processes.
About the Role Reporting into the National Field Operations leadership team, you will lead, coach and support State DPSMs to deliver consistent, high quality dealer engagement across your region. You will act as a trusted advisor to Dealers while ensuring performance against KPIs, compliance with brand standards, and continuous improvement across aftersales operations.
Key Responsibilities Leadership&Performance
Lead and coach State DPSMs, ensuring clear direction, accountability and performance against KPIs
Conduct regular performance and planning meetings covering dealer visits, weekly plans, opportunities, action items and issues
Develop, implement and track regional team focus KPIs
Provide structured feedback on dealer and team performance across the region
Ensure dealer visits occur as scheduled (monthly metro, every 8–12 weeks for rural locations)
Drive a strong“Fix It First Time” mindset to improve customer outcomes and brand reputation
Complete dealers visit reporting and follow up actions with Dealer Principals and internal stakeholders
Customer Experience (CX)
Drive achievement and improvement of NPS targets across the dealer network
Maintain accurate customer contact records and liaise with Head Office teams as required
Conduct regular CX reviews with Dealer Principals, General Managers, and Service&Parts Managers
Escalate and personally manage customer complaints to resolution when required
Parts&Accessories
Drive regional Parts&Accessories sales to meet or exceed targets
Ensure dealers understand and operate within designated stock levels, ratios and fitment rates
Support dealer engagement with promotions, campaigns and ordering processes
Promote collaboration across Parts, Service and Sales teams
Support resolution of parts and accessories issues and credits
Distribution Work closely with Distribution and Fleet teams to ensure vehicles are received and delivered to required standards; assist with inspections, repairs, insurance liaison and warranty coordination; engage with vehicle storage facilities and attend monthly operational meetings; communicate vehicle status and issues to relevant internal stakeholders.
Warranty&Technical
Support warranty claim compliance, reconciliation and audit processes
Assist dealers with training needs in consultation with Warranty and Training teams
Perform warranty parts audits during dealer visits
Support technical processes, recalls and service campaigns in conjunction with Field Technical Specialists
Additional Duties
Participate in regional aftersales meetings, CX focus groups and Foreman meetings
Represent the business professionally and collaboratively across dealer and internal forums
Undertake additional tasks as directed by senior leadership
About You You are an experienced automotive professional with strong technical knowledge, proven leadership capability, and the ability to influence outcomes across complex dealer environments.
You will bring:
Proven experience in the automotive industry (OEM, wholesale or retail)
Strong leadership and coaching capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant technical qualifications and strong mechanical/technical aptitude
Ability to analyse dealer processes and recommend improvements
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Flexibility and availability to travel extensively
