About the role As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will report directly to the General Sales Manager, providing hands‑on leadership and daily support to ensure the smooth and high‑performing operation of the sales department. You will guide the Sales Consultants while also taking responsibility for driving the dealership’s corporate and fleet sales portfolio in both BMW and MINI.

This role requires a strong blend of team leadership, process discipline and commercial sales focus. You will actively manage and grow corporate sales opportunities, building lasting relationships with business clients while achieving individual sales targets as required.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary day‑to‑day support to the General Sales Manager, ensuring the sales floor runs smoothly and efficiently.

Oversee the daily operations of Corporate Sales, ensuring the Sales Department have the tools, resources and information needed to perform at a high level.

Provide ongoing guidance, coaching and practical support to help the team follow processes, stay organised and deliver consistent results.

Monitor the customer journey and support staff in maintaining BMW&MINI's premium service standards across all interactions.

Assist team members with complex enquiries, deal structuring and customer follow‑up to ensure positive outcomes.

Manage and maintain operational processes including CRM upkeep, sales administration accuracy, reporting and daily workflow coordination.

Lead the dealership’s corporate and fleet sales activities, representing BMW&MINI professionally within the business community.

Sell to achieve corporate monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, fleet managers and business partners.

Understand business customer needs to confidently recommend the right BMW&MINI solutions and mobility packages.
