Store Manager Responsibilities As a Store Manager, you will lead all restaurant team members to ensure excellent customer service and product quality. You will ensure suitable team members are in place to service the needs of the business through recruiting and training employees so that the stellar reputation of Chargrill Charlie’s is maintained. As a manager you’ll be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our standards whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses. Through your efforts, you will create a cultureof excellence.

Required Skills and Experience We are looking for a role model for all members of the business. Our store managers are reliable, lead by example, communicate effectively, delegate tasks, and show empathy with regards to guest complaints. Prior leadership team experience is required. An understanding of the hospitality industry along with proficiency in Microsoft Office will be highly helpful.
