Mid-Level Graphic Designer
who lives and breathes design, pushes boundaries, and brings fresh ideas that challenge the status quo. If you're passionate, innovative, and ready to make an impact, we want you on our team!

What you’ll do
Design visually appealing CRM sales newsletters, Meta Ads and social media posts.
Manage design projects from concept through final delivery, working under the guidance of the Graphic Design Lead and collaborating closely with the team.
Develop creative design solutions that align with the brand and push the status quo.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (CRM, User Acquisition, Social Media and Product) to align designs with business goals and brand consistency.
Ensure consistency across visual touchpoints by following our brand guidelines.
Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, and workflows to improve your work and grow as a designer.
Your bag of tricks
Strong portfolio demonstrating solid skills in typography, layout design, and visual communication, with experience in both print and digital design for B2C companies (CRM newsletters, Meta Ads, flyers, etc.).
3+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is a plus.
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time.
Passion for graphic design and curiosity for new trends, tools, and technologies.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
You have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or open to relocating.
