Bid Manager (m/f/d) - Tieto Tech Consulting, Vienna

In this role you will be part of an experienced and international bid management team, responsible for leading complex bid processes for customers in Germany.

Responsibilities

Lead the end‑to‑end bid management process, including planning and coordinating proposals for customers in Germany

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and technical experts such as Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery to gather necessary information and resources

Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and guidelines while emphasizing the importance of meeting timelines for timely submission of proposals

Present proposals to stakeholders and address any questions or concerns

Improve bid efficiency by developing reusable content and templates

Monitor and report on bid performance and outcomes and conduct post‑bid reviews to identify lessons learned

Qualifications

Proven experience in bid management and/or contract management in the digital, IT or engineering consulting sector

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously

Very good understanding of public sector procurement processes and German public procurement law

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German

Detail‑orientation with strong analytical and problem‑solving approach

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Compensation&Benefits The annual gross salary for this position starts from€55,000 on a full‑time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. We aim to provide a competitive salary package that reflects current market standards.
