We’re looking for a Customer Automations&Analytics Specialist to join our Customer Happiness team. You’ll turn complex workflows into elegant systems and use data to make our support operations run smoothly.
What you’ll do
Optimize our support workflows by identifying automation opportunities across our customer happiness processes and turning them into real, working solutions.
Own and develop our ticketing setup (Zendesk), configuring triggers, automations, and macros that keep our team efficient and our customers well served.
Build chatbot flows and automated responses that scale our support while keeping a human touch.
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Engineering, and Product teams to ensure data moves seamlessly between systems.
Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to turn support data into insights that drive our next big decisions.
Your bag of tricks
Hands‑on ticketing experience: 2+ years configuring tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
Relevant background: A degree in Business Informatics, Information Management, or a related field is a plus, though equivalent hands‑on experience speaks just as loudly.
Technical fluency: Comfortable with basic JSON, REST APIs, and webhooks; love using no‑code tools like Zapier or N8N.
Analytical mind: Know which questions to ask and how to turn data into clear, actionable stories.
AI curiosity: Stay up‑to‑date with AI‑powered support and be excited to implement new tools.
Clear communication: English is strong, and you can explain technical ideas to anyone without jargon.
Work authorization: Have the right to work in the EU/Austria and are based in Vienna or are open to relocating.
What we offer A fair annual gross salary starting at€40,000. Our final offer depends on your experience and qualifications.
