Your mission In this role, you will:
Be a trusted partner
to our enterprise customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
Stay close to their goals , checking in regularly and offering guidance to help them succeed with Prewave.
Run engaging activities
like market trend updates, workshops, and customer roundtables.
Gather and share feedback , spotting patterns and sharing ideas for product improvements.
Train and support users , helping them get the most out of Prewave with best practices and tailored advice.
Present our product’s value , identifying opportunities to grow accounts and add value.
Be the voice of the customer , sharing insights with our product team to shape future development.
Juggle multiple projects , keeping timelines on track and communication clear.
Keep customer data clean and organized , ensuring a seamless experience across tools and platforms.
Your profile Must haves
6-10 years of experience in a customer-facing role (consulting, customer success)
Previous experience with leading complex projects for enterprise customers
Excellent organizational and project management skills - managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously
Tech-savviness and ability to work with various technologies and online platforms
Familiarity or willingness to work in a high-paced start-up environment
Valid work permit for Austria
Fluent German&English skills; any additional language is a plus
Bonus points for
Previous experience in technical industry/environment
Previous experience or exposure to supply chain environment
Previous experience in procurement industry/environment
What we offer you
An extensive compensation package:
We recognise and reward talent. You'll receive a competitive compensation package that includes base salary and a performance-based bonus. In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement, the minimum gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 3,954. However, the actual compensation package will be tailored to your qualifications and experience and is therefore likely to be higher.
