Your job: help them do their best work, remove what's in the way, and keep everyone rowing in the same direction.

This isn't a corporate Agile role. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and deeply human.

Tasks What You’ll Be Doing

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies that actually add value– stand-ups, planning, retros that people leave energized, not drained

Spot and remove blockers before they slow the team down

Bridge hardware, firmware, and software teams– because our sprints span all three

Keep stakeholders informed without creating overhead

Build a culture of trust, transparency, and continuous improvement

Requirements What You Bring to the Team

You've worked as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator– ideally in a hardware or engineering-heavy environment

You're calm under pressure and direct without being aggressive

You coach, you don't control– you know the difference

You're genuinely curious about the product, not just the process

CSM, PSM or equivalent is a plus– but how you work matters more than what's on your certificate

Fluent English; German is a bonus

Salary:

€3.954 – €5.200 gross/month

depending on experience
