Due to our continued growth, we are actively seeking a seasoned treasury professional to join our team to help with the development and recognition of Zanders in the DACH region.

Our main locations in Austria is Vienna and we are potentially open to another Austria‑based hybrid location and work‑from‑home models.

Your Role You will primarily help to drive our growth plans in Austria and the wider DACH region and will be engaged in business development as well as advise clients and manage projects.

Your role will also include:

Responsibility for introducing Zanders to multinational corporations in Austria and the wider DACH region, presenting our services to customers

Helping building Zanders' business in the DACH region - identifying new business and shaping solutions and services for our clients

Researching market/product developments and seeking‑out trends and developments in treasury

Representing Zanders at various events and publishing on thought‑leadership topics

Managing projects within the scope of the Office of the CFO, Strategic treasury transformation or M&A transactions, e.g. optimizing cash/liquidity or financial risk management, designing target operating models, selecting and implementing (treasury) technology

Responsibility for the professional management and development of our team and support colleagues in their professional and personal development

Skills to be successful

A track record in initiating client contacts and discussions as well as in developing new markets and business

An existing network of contacts in Austria and the DACH region

Strong experience Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting experience.

Deep knowledge of treasury management, in‑house banking, liquidity management, including working capital management, payments and bank connectivity in the area of Treasury Transformation and Transaction Services for Mergers&Acquisitions, divestitures and spin‑offs, Treasury Technology

Motivation to work in an international, innovative/entrepreneurial environment

An agile mindset and with tenacity and willingness to contribute to Zanders’ growth plans

Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, Treasury related certifications (e.g. ACT or similar) or CFA

Self‑reliant, flexible, critical, proactive, innovative and a team‑player

Willingness to travel

Experience of working in globally diverse teams

Fluent in business English and German is a must

Legally authorized to work in Austria
