About You You’re a passionate and experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

3+ years’ experience in fashion retail management (multi‑site leadership highly regarded).

Proven success meeting and exceeding sales and profit targets.

Strong commercial acumen and operational excellence.
