This is anexciting opportunity to manage a team of language professionals while contributing to strategic workforce planning and operational excellence.About the Role The Language Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of language services, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will lead and support a team of language professionals, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Working closely with the Director, Operations, you will play a key role in shaping employment strategies, analysing operational data, and implementing organisational initiatives aligned withbudget targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of language professionals to deliver high-quality, client-focused services Oversee service delivery across government and corporate portfolios, ensuring performance standards and contractual obligations are met Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contactCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement workforce and resourcing strategies Analyse operational and workforce data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement Monitor performance against KPIs, budgets, and service quality benchmarks Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, service innovation, and client satisfactionSupport recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in partnership with the P&C team About You You are a motivated leader with a strongbackground in service delivery and people management, ideally within languageservices or a similar environment.
