Manage customer enquiries via phone and email Provide high-level administrative support to the team Process orders, bookings, invoices, and documentation accurately Resolve customer issues and escalations promptly and professionally Maintain CRM and internal systems with accurate information Experience with digital ticketing, customer service and workflow management systems strongly regardedLiaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery Assist with reporting, scheduling, and operational coordination Support and mentor junior administration/customer service staff where required About You
