This newly created role sits at the intersection of Business Intelligence, Data Architecture and Artificial Intelligence, focused on enabling trusted, AI‑driven insights for senior business stakeholders.

Rather than building reports all day, you'll help design the semantic models, governance frameworks and AI capabilities that allow business leaders to interact with data in entirely new ways.

The Opportunity As Principal Business Intelligence Analyst– AI Enablement, you'll work closely with business leaders across Finance, Marketing, Pricing and Operations to solve complex business challenges through data and AI.

You’ll play a key role in designing trusted data foundations, enabling AI‑powered self‑service analytics and ensuring AI‑generated insights remain accurate, governed and business‑ready.

Key Responsibilities

Design and govern semantic data models and business logic layers

Build trusted frameworks for AI‑powered analytics and reporting

Partner with senior stakeholders to solve complex business challenges

Drive AI enablement initiatives across BI and analytics functions

Work closely with Data Engineering and AI teams to deliver scalable solutions

Develop reusable analytical frameworks, context models and governance standards

Validate and assure the accuracy of AI‑generated business insights

Support the evolution of modern self‑service analytics capabilities

About You

Strong experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Reporting environments

Advanced SQL skills and experience working with complex data models

Strong Power BI experience including semantic models and dataset governance

Experience with Databricks, modern cloud data platforms or enterprise analytics ecosystems

Exposure to AI‑enabled analytics, GenAI tools or AI‑assisted reporting environments

Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into meaningful analytical solutions

Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting capability

Experience working with senior business leaders and decision‑makers
