Retail Manager - East of Melbourne, Vienna

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for Retail Manager roles at one of our Westfield destinations east of Melbourne, ideal for those with shopping centre experience or a diverse background in retail leadership, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will manage relationships with our retail partners, support their success, drive results, and advocate for their needs. Reporting to the Centre Manager and being part of the centre’s leadership team, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the retailer and customer experience and drive our team's success.In this role, you will:

Support the day‑to‑day operations and presentation of the Centre Build strong relationships with retailers, customers, community groups and government stakeholders Identify strategic opportunities to lift retailer and centre performance Lead and develop the Concierge supervisor and team. Champion and support new programs that enhance the customer and retailer experienceResolve issues and influence internal teams to deliver great outcomes Manage centre incidents and emergencies in line with procedures Participate in Duty Manager responsibilities as part of the Centre Leadership Team What sets you apart:
