About the Role This is a pivotal role within our organisation, combining:

Office Management

Administration

Operations Support

Client Experience

You’ll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes while helping create an exceptional experience for our clients and team.

What You’ll Be Doing People&Culture We’re looking for our office “cheerleader” – someone who naturally brings positive energy into the workplace and makes people feel welcomed, supported and cared for.

You’ll help foster our collaborative culture while ensuring the day‑to‑day operations of the office run seamlessly.

Your ability to communicate confidently, stay calm under pressure, and juggle multiple priorities will be key to your success.

Accounts, Operations&Administration Responsibilities will include:

Managing accounts payable and receivable

Bank reconciliations

Monthly client invoicing and WIP reconciliations

Debtor management, including client statements and follow‑up

Client onboarding

Lodgment of tax returns

Producing end‑of‑month management and financial reports

Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the office

Assisting with administrative and operational projects as required

Technical Skills&Experience To hit the ground running, you’ll ideally have experience with:

HandiSoft Accounting Software– PM, Tax, Ledger, Trust

FYI Docs

Hubdoc

ATO Portal

ATO SmartDocs

ASIC compliance systems

BGL&CAS360

ACIS (for entity set ups)

Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word&PowerPoint)

You'll also be:

Tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systems

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

A creative problem solver who takes initiative

Comfortable managing competing priorities independently

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 7 years’ experience in Office Management, Administration, Accounts roles

Previous experience working within an accounting firm a must

Strong bookkeeping experience across multiple clients

MyGovID already completed (required for immediate access to ATO portals)
