Training and Development Manager, Vienna

Overview Specsavers is seeking an Audiology Training&Development Manager to join our Audiology team. In this role you will deliver and continuously improve engaging training and development programs across Australia and New Zealand, supporting Audiology Partners, Store Team Members, and key support teams through high‑quality induction, operational, leadership, and clinical training experiences. The position is hybrid; when not working remotely, you will be based at the Port Melbourne Support Office.

Responsibilities

Deliver and continuously improve training and development programmes across Australia and New Zealand.

Support Audiology Partners, Store Team Members and key support teams through high‑quality induction, operational, leadership and clinical training experiences.

Collaborate with stakeholders across Professional Development, Operations and Retail Training&Development to drive capability, consistency and continuous learning across the business.

Facilitate workshops, online learning sessions, identify improvement opportunities and measure training effectiveness.

Build relationships, influence stakeholders and create impactful learning experiences that support business outcomes.

Qualifications&Skills

Background in adult learning principles and experience facilitating virtual and face‑to‑face training sessions to small and large groups.

Experience in leadership and behavioural/soft skills training.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong confidence in stakeholder engagement, with a proactive, curious and collaborative approach.

Cert IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded.

Current working rights in Australia as required by legislation.
