On behalf of our client, a 4* Hotel in Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Pastry Chef! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up mis-en-place for all menu items

• Prepare, cook, and consistently present desserts to meet hotel/restaurant standards, including staff meals as directed by senior chefs

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Pastry Chef in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining establishment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills – essential for this fast-paced, dynamic role

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and occasionally early mornings

• Fluent in either German or English
