Transport Manager (m/f/d) Polish, English and German Full-time

Your mission We are a fast growing family business and specialist in pan-European transportation with focus on Intermodal and FTL. For our international&dynamic team with more than 100 qualified employees we are continuously looking for motivated colleagues who share our passion for logistics, sustainability, customer orientation as well as teamwork.

To expand our team for the region CEE (central&eastern Europe), we are looking for strong and winning personalities with positive energy, willingness to perform and entrepreneurial spirit who are Polish, English and German speakers.

YOUR TASKS:

Independent planning and scheduling of land transport (round trip/charter)

Purchase and sale of cargo space as well as complete handling of organization and transport planning

Development of customer specific solutions&customer projects

Your profile YOUR STRENGTHS:

You are an open, communicative person and with strong communication skills

You are committed, flexible and take ownership for your tasks and region

You enjoy working in a young, dynamic and multicultural team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You have very good Polish, English and German language skills (C1+ preferred).

You have graduated school or completed university education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field, or 1-2 years of professional experience.

Ideally, you have practical experience in the transport industry or in customer service.

Why us? WE OFFER

The remuneration for the offered position is above the collective agreement. The minimum salary for this position, depending on qualifications and professional experience, is€ 2,100/2,300 gross per month. Your annual salary is made up of the basic salary plus a performance-related, variable, monthly bonus. You will receive this after completing your trainee program.
